Get certified to drive single vehicles over 26,001 lbs — including buses, box trucks, and straight rigs. A fast track to a solid driving career.
Need a schedule that fits your life? Our private instruction options let you train on your timeline — one-on-one with experienced instructors.
Why AAS Truck Driver Training
We're not a drive-through school. At AAS, every student gets hands-on time in the seat, real feedback from experienced instructors, and the kind of preparation that stands up to a CDL examiner.
Learn from drivers who've logged real miles and know what it takes to pass the CDL test.
Morning, evening, or private sessions — we work around your life, not the other way around.
Our curriculum is designed around the Ohio CDL exam so you walk in confident and walk out licensed.
Conveniently located on McGibney Rd in Mt Vernon — easy to find, easy to get to, right in your community.

What Our Students Say
"I had zero experience behind the wheel of a big rig. The instructors at AAS made me feel comfortable from day one, and I passed my road test on the first try."
"The private training option was a lifesaver. I could schedule lessons around my job and still get the one-on-one attention I needed to learn properly."
"I drove for years but never had a CDL. AAS got me certified quickly and professionally. I wish I had found them sooner — this is the real deal."
